2013 Updated Prices–Supporting Startups with a need for Web analytics
We have received quite a large number of requests from startups and small companies that can’t afford our prices because their needs are minimal compared to what our previous plans had to offer.
Our competitors are also raising their prices which is making it really hard for small businesses to justify the cost of web analytics and we are sad to see the trend move upwards. We want the small guys to be able to afford web analytics for their startups.
Leading to today, we have been working hard on figuring out our new pricing model and what it will entail. We performed an extensive research on our existing customers and the features that they use, especially our small customers. What we found was there is quite a large portion of our customer based that are startups and don’t use our process intensive features such as triggers, so we dropped our prices to support them – drastically.
